Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is between AdvisorRank.ai (“AdvisorRank,” “we,” “us”) and the business that engages us for the AdvisorRank AI Visibility Build (“Client,” “you”). By paying the first installment or otherwise starting the project, you agree to this Agreement. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. The project

The AI Visibility Build is a one-time website and search-authority rebuild for one advisory business. It includes:

• Website strategy and page architecture organized around your actual advisors, specialties, services, client types, locations, and areas of expertise.
• A complete website redesign.
• Authority-focused content, such as service pages, advisor biography pages, client-type and specialty pages, relevant life-event and legitimate location pages, frequently asked questions, and educational content.
• A technical search foundation, including technical SEO, structured data, heading structure, internal linking, AI-crawler accessibility, and consistent business and advisor information.
• Clear next steps on important pages, such as scheduling an introductory conversation.
• Migration from your existing website, including redirects, analytics, tracking, and launch.
• A documented baseline of how your business appears in relevant Google and AI searches before launch.

The final number and type of pages depend on your business and are agreed during the strategy stage. Work outside this scope, such as paid advertising, additional businesses or brands, or ongoing services after launch, requires a separate written quote or agreement.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide the access we need, such as website, Google Business Profile, and directory logins, or make the changes we recommend yourself.
• Give us accurate information about your business, services, people, and credentials.
• Review and approve content and changes promptly. Delays in information, access, or approvals delay the project and launch.
• Keep your own website, hosting, and domain accounts in good standing.

3. Approvals and compliance

We do not publish content or make public changes on your behalf without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing everything we prepare for accuracy and for compliance with the laws, regulations, and professional or industry rules that apply to your business, including any requirements for advertising, testimonials, and recordkeeping. Where your business requires internal or compliance approval of marketing, you are responsible for obtaining it before approving our work.

We do not solicit, write, or post reviews or testimonials on your behalf. AdvisorRank is a marketing service and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or regulatory compliance advice.

4. Fees and payment

• The AI Visibility Build is $5,000, unless a different price is agreed in writing.
• $2,500 is due to begin the project. The remaining $2,500 is due before launch, and the new website is published after it is paid.
• There is no required monthly agreement. Any ongoing services after launch are optional and covered by a separate agreement.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required, or third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration, or paid software, unless agreed in writing.
• The first installment covers strategy and build work and is non-refundable once work has started, unless required by law.

5. Timeline and approvals

Most projects launch in approximately 30 days: about one week of strategy, two weeks of design and build, and a week for your review, revisions, and launch preparation. The timeline depends on you providing requested information, access, and approvals promptly, and we do not guarantee a specific launch date. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included during the review stage. If the project is waiting on you for more than 30 days, we may pause it and reschedule the remaining work.

6. No guaranteed results

Search engines and AI platforms control their own results, which vary by question, person, location, and time. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, citation, traffic, lead, or revenue, or any result within a particular timeframe. The visibility baseline records what appeared in the searches we tested before launch, so later changes can be compared against it.

7. Ownership

Once the full $5,000 is paid, you own the finished website, content, and digital assets we create specifically for your business, and we will help place them in accounts you control. We keep ownership of our software, scanner, methods, templates, and reports format, and we grant you the right to use the reports we deliver for your own business purposes.

8. Confidentiality and access

We will keep your non-public information and login credentials confidential and use them only to complete the project. When the project ends, we will stop using your access and you should change or remove any credentials you shared with us.

9. Third-party platforms

The project depends on third-party platforms, such as search engines, AI tools, directories, and your website host. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, policy changes, or decisions about your listings or content, and AdvisorRank is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid us under it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims, losses, and costs arising from information or content you provide or approve, or from your failure to meet the laws and rules that apply to your business.

12. Ending the project

You may end the project at any time by emailing info@advisorrank.ai. If you end it before launch, the second installment is not owed, and we will deliver the materials completed to date. We may end or pause the project if fees are unpaid or if this Agreement is materially breached. Sections 3, 6, 7, 10, and 11 continue after the service ends.

13. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update it by posting a new version here; changes do not apply to a project already underway unless you agree. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: info@advisorrank.ai.
